Rates and payment
- Rates are per day based on two guests sharing the apartment.
- The supplement for each additional guest is € 25 per night.
- The local tourist tax is € 3.10 per person/day for guests aged 14 and over and is payable a few days before arrival together with the balance.
- A 10% supplement applies for stays of less than 4 nights.
We offer a 10% discount on bookings of 10 or more days. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit. The remaining amount is to be settled by bank transfer no later than 5 days prior to arrival.
Children’s discounts
- 0-2 years: no charge
- 3-6 years: € 15 per day
- 7-13 years: € 20 per day
Cots and high chairs for babies are available on request.
Complimentary amenities
Our holiday apartments are equipped with everything you need for your stay.
- Final cleaning (The final cleaning is included in the price, provided our guests leave the kitchen clean. Otherwise we charge 50 € for the extra work of the cleaning staff.)
- Bed linen, hand and bath towels and tea towels (change of towels available on request at no charge)
- Dishwashing liquid, cleaning products and toilet paper
- Electricity and heating costs are included in the price
- Complimentary cleaning service once a week, on request
- Digital holiday guide on smartphone or tablet
- Free Wi-Fi: Unlimited surfing: complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all our apartments.
- Cots and high chairs for babies are available on request.
- Free parking in Gerharts subject to availability
- Ski room with ski boot dryer
- Lockable boxes for sports equipment such as mountain bikes, golf bags etc. (must be reserved in advance)

Cancellation policy
The Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of cancellation of holiday bookings. Nevertheless, we allow cancellations subject to the following conditions:
- No cancellation fees apply up until 14 days before arrival.
- For cancellations made 13 to 4 days before arrival, we charge a 70% cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made 4 days before arrival or later, and in the event of no show, the booking is charged in full.
These conditions apply regardless of whether the apartment is re-let, in part or in full, after cancellation. Please refer to articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (Leg. Decree 206/2005).
Arrival and departure
The apartments are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure. We regret that we cannot guarantee the choice of a specific apartment number or floor at the time of booking.
24-hour online check-in
Once your payment has come through, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the online check-in procedure. This way, you can check in from the comfort of your home.
Digital check-in with contact-free technology
- You will receive the access code for the front door and garage via e-mail when your booking is confirmed.
- ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL: You will receive a mail at 12 o'clock with the link to the key with which you can open all the doors.
Parking
So that you can enjoy Brixen on the last day of your holiday, you are welcome to leave your car in the garage until 3 pm on the day of departure.
More parking is available in the nearby multi-storey car park (€25 per day, a 3-minute walk away) or in the car park in the southern part of town (Max Disco car park, free of charge, a 15-minute walk away)
Dogs on holiday
Ihr Dogs are welcome here at Gerharts! You can bring your four-legged friend by prior arrangement. To guarantee that your dog also has a pleasant stay, please remember to bring a blanket or basket and his/her favourite food. We charge a pet supplement of €20 per night.
BrixenCard
All our guests receive a complimentary BrixenCard for the duration of their stay. Benefits include free travel on public transport everywhere in South Tyrol, free entry to the Acquarena water park, and more.
